Personally i think the best on the West right now is The Game, cause he oviously is a big part of the west diispite all the haters , believe it or not he is, also Snoop is runnin the West, basically its just them 2 i cant think of anyone else really on top RIGHT NOW. As far as up and coming id have to say G Malone, Lil Eazy, Jay Rock, Spider Loc, Ya Boy, Tech, and a few others. What you think?

Yeah. I'd say The Game too.

As far as upcoming artists, i'd say

Ya Boy/Jay Rock.

I mean Ya Boy is better but Jay Rock
keeps gettin bigger n bigger.

But what do you mean by "best". Most successful? Talent? Quality of music?

Game, Snoop, Cube, E-40

All 4 put up good numbers last year with their albums.

Crooked also starting to build a buzz again

I'm hoping someone else from the new west can get a fair shot and hopefully have some mainstream success as well. It is looking like the next to do it might be Bishop Lamont.

you need to be more specific.

Game is gonna sell because he is on a major label and has the best producers making his shit. does that mean he is the best? Maybe, but imo, Ya Boy, and Crooked are better.

If we're talking best MC..not highest selling, or best lyricist, or freshest face, but simply best MC....it's still Cube by a whole goddamm galaxy. Cmon people...you're going to compare Cube and Game...even now? When these rappers start having 1/4th the substance as tracks like Ni**a Trap or Growin Up they'll be in contention.
