The series stagnated after the brilliant second game on the Dreamcast. Two and three were just more of the same really. However, Tekken sells like crazy despite pretty much always being the same game, so this will probably be the same.

Soul calibur 2 was dope.  Continued the story well and added new great fighters. 

III however... never got around to playing it and had no interest so I assume III was stagnant.


but part one was the best all around.


never got into soul edge tho.
