How can u say that??? dont know about down or Mc Magic, but u cant talk shit about Butch Cassidy, he is one of the best Hook makers in the west!!!! Damizza is funny when he rap!

i know is a lot of hate against DOWN in the streets, he dont have have the best chicano flow or whatever, but he is real connected with the game... so let the homes in peace!, dont know nuthin about MC Magic and i dont like his flow either, but the best for rhis remix is BUTCH CASSIDY new verse, and the talkbox in the hook, damizza is a genius....

Track sounds OK

Butch Cassidy is OK on this, but he sorta get's boring at times..
I don't want to compare him to nobody else..but he needs to broaden his singing abilities Little...cuz he is real boring at best!

Damizza..is good as a producer, not sure about him rappin..but i guess I'll have to give more of his track another spin to get a verdict!!I'm trying hard not to go back to what Shade Shiest said about Damiiza ability to rap. .but i'mma give dude another try...

The Talkbox on this track is soooo unneeded, it's kinda outta tune with the melody, it's like it's alot louder than the actual hook, like it was not mixed properly!!

I'm probably gon get a lot of hate, but I'm just being honest!!
Hope the concerned parties pick up on this, and work with it, rather than send their minions after me...hahahah

Just cause a song lives on the radio does not mean much. That deently does not make it a good song. I prefer the original. A wack rapper is a wack rapper.

The song is good but Down ruined the track.  Damizza, MC Magic, and Butch Cassidy all came correct.  Down is just a horrible rapper.

It's not easy to like a new song, let alone a remix of the original.

The first version was GOOD. Butch smotherred the vocals smoothly and Damizza had us talking about A Lighter Shade Of Brown again ("I was sittin' in the park on a sunday afternoon"). But when you get to the remix, it's where "Cruzin'" loses its strenght.

1. The chorus is okay, but I felt it could have been better. The voice box is a good workaround, but in here, for some reason, it just didn't work.
2. All the partakers in the song were on point. But Down really needs to be more original in his delivery. His verse is right outta Eazy E's "Boyz N The Hood." Even though he wrote his own version to it, he can't just rely on the same song over and over. He needs to add something new, something that only Chicanos could do, but in a way so distinctive, other upcoming rappers out could use his liners and work around it to their advantage. It's part of hip hop's culture: we pass it on.
