Yes your right, but theres new threads about that type of shit everyday, at least a couple of them too, and shit is hella annoying, we know that shits classic and is what the west is about, but now that this new west shit is crackin and everyones puttin in work n all that, we wanna see whats crackin with the current state of the west, not how it was like back in the day, or who and when someone did something BACK IN THE DAY, so he is right, there should be a different section!!!

this board is not just to see whats crackin...it is also about discussing pass projects and figuring why that record was so good or bad.  it is to implement your own opinions and see if they are rational ones by comparing and contrasting with other members of this board.

It's really fuckin stupid to say shit like "New West" blah blah blah.  All you're doing is separating cats.  If somebody new out on the West is really dope, they'll blow up.  They're not being held back by people talking about Doggystyle.  Fact is, most of these "New West" cats are boring as fuck, they're just a bunch of one liner metaphor rappers and they bring nothing to the table.  They're not unique, they don't have much skill, they're just on some hype / hustle type of shit.  I mean, get your money and all, but don't get emotional that the cats that been bumpin this Hip Hop shit for 20 years are calling you wack.  You are fuckin wack - step your game up. 

But at the same time, I've always kinda wanted a separate board for older cats, because it can get hella fuckin annoying when these young bucks come in and make ignorant ass statements about albums thinking they know whats up when they weren't even bumpin Hip Hop music when it actually dropped!  Speakin on shit like they think they know.  I'm all for educatin dudes, but I'm not tryin to waste my time on some ignorant ass motherfucker tryin to tell me an album like Regulate is wack.

Whether you like it or not, many of the people that came to this board since the early days came here because albums like 2001, Restless, and Last Meal were huge fuckin albums and they wanted to talk about them.  And the younger cats that are just now getting into albums like The Chronic and Doggystyle want to come on here and learn about some more shit that they don't know about.  You want to ban people because they want to talk about 2001 vs. The Chronic?
