WHO IS THE MOST UNDERRATED RAPPER?

Im going to have to say Spice 1. I know he aint too underrated and alot of people know who he is, BUT hes not that well known for the amount of bangin shit hes put out, dude has done alot for the west, hes mos def left a HUGE mark with his classic albums like 187 He Wrote. Hes probably my favourite rappers of all time but i heard some of his new shit and it kinda sound shitty, i havnt heard to much, so its to soon to speak alot about it, i guess were just gonna have to wait to hear another album by him and see if he has, but i dont get why all these classic guys fall off, like what do they do wrong LOL, there voice just changes and everything, i know they get old but this dude aint that old lol. Regardless this dude is a str8 gangster, and one of the hardest spitting rappers in all of hip hop i think, not just west coast, dude deserves some credit!!!

It depends what you mean. Rappin Ron/Ant Diddley Dog who dropped a classic and got no props or Above the Law who got a lil props but nothing near what they deserved. Hard to say because there are so many different levels.
