all i got to say is this, mitch cup-check .....is a horrid GM for the lakers. i know dr. buss likes him and all but dr. buss is a fucking retard now too. they have up until trade dead line this upcoming season to earn my respect back.

I watched that press conference, and those weren't his words...Yes, he did say the Kobe situation was up in the air, but that was not a reason he gave as to why he didn't sign with LA. If you really think KG is dumb enough to think Kobe wouldn't LOVE to play with him on the Lakers, than he's dumber than you, and we all know that's not the case.
