Best artist not to make a decent album?

Not sure if this has been done before but who does everyone think is the best artist not to make a decent album. They have got to of made an album eg. you can't include Crooked I in this.

I would say Jadakiss myself. He is probably 1 of the best rappers at guest verses there is but he just can't make an album.

jadakiss makes great albums.  i think its stat quo, none of his albums have impressed me.

I'm gonna say T.I. and Chamillionaire. Both are good rappers, but they can't hold an album on their own. Jadakiss is also a good rapper, but I just don't like his music. Wish Bone is a great rapper who can't seem to get an album out at all.

Yeah for some reason Styles or Sheeks albums are a lot more entertaining that Jada, but Jada is clearly the more talented MC of the 3... I wonder what the deal is?

Busta. He can put out an album with great songs on it, but he's yet to make an entire album I can listen to more than 2 or 3 times.
