E-40 back when he was fuckin with Spice 1, Celly Cell and B-Legit and all them cats was dope as fuck, hes to caught up in the hyphy movement right now though!!!

Don't get it twisted though, 40 can still spit. There were a few Hyphy joints on My Ghetto Report Card but there were alot of that Bay Area funk on there also.
