Dubcnn linked up with one of the West Coast's rising producers Dae One. In this exclusive interview, we talk about the projects Dae One has been a part of so far, such as Butch Cassidy & Damizza's album, as well as projects from Taje, Roccett, Scipio, Lil Bam, Noni Spitz, as well as future projects, including Butch Cassidy's upcoming single with Snoop Dogg.

Dae One tells us what production equipment he uses, who his influences were, how hard it is not to adjust to what's hot on the radio right now, which producers he's feeling right now, and much more.

Very good interview, that's cool that he wants to go outside of rap/hip-hop & work with other types of artists. Plus sometimes that's true that I wouldn't think it was him doing a beat when it really was him. But yeah I can't wait for Hot Box 2 to drop & those other projects he's producing music on too.

Ya Know to tell ya the truth im not sure where Knock is right now i heard he went outta town for now doing his thing but that would be dope, I am Working with Slip Capone on his record (Were also from the same city) LOL so we might get Knock to pop up on there ya know hopfully we will see that would be ill tho.

Good Interview. Peeps are sleeping on alot of the new producers out west. The list is crazy long of up and coming beatmakers doing they thing and he is one of them. And these guys seem mad humble and grounded being so talented which is always a plus.
