how the fuck is arsene wenger not gettin the chop? fair enough they just beat chelsea to keep there season alive, i just cant see them winning fuck all again. they are slowly but surely becoming nothing more than a 4th placed team.

we dont have much more money

nasri=16mill
walcott=16 mill

plus wenger had another 40mill he could have spent but chose not to

Reyes = 21 mill
Franny Jeffers (!!) = 10 mill

Wenger has admitted many times he has money available but for some obscure reason, he refuses to strengthen hs team. Every fucking year. They win a title or do something significant in Europe and the next season lets quality players go wthout adequate replacements. Off the top of my head Overmars, Petit, Anelka & Henry. Fabregas and Adebayor will be next.

Roy Keane quits Sunderland

!Sunderland have confirmed that Roy Keane has left his role as manager, with the Premier League strugglers 'reluctantly accepting' his decision.

Keane's future at the Stadium of Light had been under increasing scrutiny in recent days following the team's slump in form.

He has been holding talks with chairman Niall Quinn and the rest of the board over the past couple of days and the discussions have resulted in the manager's departure.

Sunderland released a statement to confirm Keane's departure, with Quinn insisting his fellow Irishman deserves 'huge respect' for his contribution on Wearside.

I think you should consider the age at which most of those players were sold mate.

For me the only bad one is Hleb. Young enough, great player and the value of transfer didn't reflect his ability or potential to achieve.

But yeah I would agree that unlike the best clubs in the world they can't seem to hang on to their very best players, guess that does make them a feeder club.

Hey, if a player doesn't wanna be at the club, why hang on to them?

to transfer that bum Anelka to Madrid for 22m pounds was Wenger's best move, Senderos is useless and Cole is a greedy asshole. Of course, it would've been better to hold some players, for example Hleb, but overall, Wenger did a good. He sold some players for good cash before they became too old.

I'd agree but I think the fact they want to leave shows that Arsenal aren't exactly top, top level and they "feed" the really massive clubs with the best players they have.

I hope they can hang on to players like Toure, Fabregas, Adebayor, etc and prove me wrong coz I do like Arsenal.

im quite happy to admit i over exaggerated to make a point

but in my eyes

hleb
anelka
reyes
henry
flamini

there is no doubt in my mind wenger wanted to keep these players..and you all know what i think of senderos...but do you think wenger really wanted to sell him and replace him wit a 30+ yr old left back from uniteds 2nd string??..there lackin at the back even with silvestre
