Heskey's gonna go unless he's injured. Capello loves him

Porto peaking at the right time. Big 2-1 win over Arsenal mid week and they just defeated 2nd place Braga (we're third) 5-1 today.

Big in the sense of we're the underdog regardless of the injuries.

Don't be bitter now, I still fancy Arsenal to progress.

^ya it seems like a bitter answer lol

Btw Porto is one of the best teams at buying low and selling high, and replacing the players with cheaper, as good versions (in turn, buying low and selling high again lol  - it's a cycle)

sold Quaresma and bought Varela
sold Lisandro to Lyon and bought Falcao (unbelievable striker that will get big money)
sold Cissohko and bought Alvaro Pereira

(this is the most impressive)sold Lucho to Marseille and bought Micael last month (four weeks ago) for 3 million - just one month later since his purchase, man utd, man city and chelsea have all contacted us about him and we're pricing him at 25 mill - unreal.

I'm not bitter, I just find it bitter that you say it's a big win when Fabianski gave you both goals.

I think you're confusing the word "big" with "good" sir.

It was a "big" win for Porto because Arsenal are a good team. It wasn't a "good" win because well, as you say the goals for Porto were a bit ridiculous.

Hope that clears things up a little.

"Was your win on Wednesday that big?" seemed bitter as if you were acting like you didn't care that Arsenal lost.

Yeah okay - I see that now.

But I'm not acting like I didn't care about the loss. I was fucking pissed that we lost the way we did. Fucked up my thursday and friday too. lol.

Bobby Zamora for England?

no

Think id rather have bobby davro ! Seriously though he is doing well but he isnt england quality.

which strikers would you take to South Africa?

If we were to take five id go for

Rooney,
Crouch,
Defoe,
Bent,
Heskey

Id go with that.

I'll laugh if Heskey and/or Crouch is in South Africa this summer.

course they'll go... dont get me wrong there not my ideal strikers but there the only real big target men we have.. you always need a bit of rariety in your team. + crouch international record is impressive, so that is always taken into account..
