Yesterdays performance was shocking !

For years Arsenal, their fans and their management turned its arrogant noses at the Carling Cup Competition. Apparently it was only good enough to blood their youngsters. and along the way arsenal reached a few semi's lost a final etc

So this year to rectify the media taunts they set their stall out and played a strong team in every round.. no KIDS ALL OF A SUDDEN.. its a squad game amirite ? All of a sudden they need the trophy to show the world that they are winners

they go all out and still come up short.

Now I sit back and laugh at the hypocrisy of Football fans who will claim this was a shit comp and football fans whose teams are lower than arsenal in the league running their mouths off

Fact is its a joy to see the under dog win, but arsenal pull off a calamity of the worse nature and apparently they are young kids. they have to be built back up and be strong..

Arsenal are in good shape and i think they let the media pressure get to them they shud have stuck to their principles and played a weakened or youthful squad this year too cos then they wud have had an epic excuse like they always do.
