Its an African channel that usually shows a lot of incredibly low budget and terribly acted films from Nigeria, alongside some shows about music, cricket highlights and all sorts of stuff.

I wouldn't bother checking it out.

i actually sat and watched a really piss poor film about Jamaican drug dealers on BEN before. dont ask me why cos i dont know, what i do know was i wasted my time. they also show church services and stuff aswell, not really my cup of tea.
