Rapper Ice Cube will star in the new movie 10, an adaptation of the graphic novel written by Shannon Eric Denton and Keith Giffen.

 

According to Variety, Ice Cube's production company CubeVision is negotiations to produce the flick for Dimension Films.

 

The movie version revolves around a man who receives junk mail informing him he is involved in a competition for his life with nine other individuals.

 

The character throws the letter away, but received a visit from a man wielding ax at his door.

 

In the original version, 10 innocent victims become involved in a game of death when they are forced to hunt each other with each person given 10 bullets and a gun.
