I think there is no real competition between the two. Timbaland is one of the most innovative producer in the game (if not best and not only the rap game) and that for more than 10 years (even though he's had his ups and downs just like everyone else).
IMO, JT's album was the best of the year (or was it last year )

Anyway, scott is a very good producer but Timbo is just the best !

Since when Storch is on some hard shit ? He has produced for the likes of Paris Hilton, Ricky Martin , Chris Brown ... Storch ain't more hip hop than Timbo... Scott is an amazing keyboard player but a very inconsistent beatmaker while Timbo should pick better artists to work with
