  I dont know about THE BEST.. but alot of the songs from Above The Law's "Uncle Sam's Curse" should be really dope if you're into that G-Funk sound.

 I'm pretty sure Big Hutch a.k.a Cold187um does most of their production. He's a member of the group. But if you've never given ATL the time of day, I doubt you'll know who Big Hutch is.

 Oh unless you heard some of his stuff on 2pac's UTEOT.
