It's actually BCC, not BBC, and it stands for Boot Camp Clik. Artists like Smif-N-Wessun (Tek & Steele), Buckshot, Sean Price, Originoo Gunn Clappaz, etc. I'm assuming that's what Rik is referring too, only because he posted this in Outbound. I would love to hear that Dre/Cube album though too.
