Thanx for the true info dawg. At least the moderators know their stuff (no offence to be taken by any members) but I was infact in two minds. I was thinking that either Em/jay-z (more Jay-Z) wrote "Forgot about Dre" and that Jay-Z wrote another song on the album but I didn't want to guess and be made a fool of. But anywayz thanx for the info NIK. Most appreciated.

I ain't trippin dawg. I just wanted to know who if Jay-Z wrote a song for Dre on Chronic 2001 because I had heard that before sumwhere and I was just checking.

Only the first verse os still D.R.E was written by jay-z,  snoop an the DOC wrote the rest of the song

This is what I never understood:

People clown Dre for not writing his lyrics even tho he is one of the greatest producer of all times yet people call Eazy E one of the greatest and say he was the best and he didn't write his shit either. He didn't even produce.

Am I missing somethin???
