Cube, then Nas. As much as I love Snoop, he's not the MC the rest of them are. Eminem probably has the best pure lyrical ability, followed closely by Nas. But being an MC is more than ryhming, Cube is a great lyricist but he also tells great stories with his tracks which not many people can do. I mean Death Certificate is like a novel, when I listen to songs like Steady Mobbin, Summer Vacation, Doin Dumb Shit I'm right there with Cube in South Central, its like he's painting a picture. Cube 90-91 is untouchable.

Nah I agree, Snoop is an MC and a dope one, part of being an MC is flow and the Snoop from '92 had arguably the GOAT flow...BUT what I said is he's not an MC like Cube, Nas, Eminam..and nothing against Snoop, its just that guys like Nas and Cube are top 5 all time.

Ice Cube was more like political gangsta wit dope ass lyrics but still too political to me

Snoop used to have that unique layback flow and dope lyrics but they still could be better

Eminem was the best and is the wackest, his great lyrical skills was a result of his anger and hunger, he was outta control, aimin for anyone and anythin, like 50 but talented, smart and funny as fuck

can't say too much about Nas, i just have nastradamus and illmatic

so I'd say that now the best is Ice Cube
