yeah the idea of that book sounds kinda fake, BUT lots of rappers get coaches to help them with breath control so the only way i would see this book helpful is if it was helping with that, a lot of people can write rhymes but might need help being able to deliver them if they are just used to regular talking. nothing wrong with giving people a hand trying to do something they have a passion for
