how do u delete your membership to?

i no longer care to be a part of this board.. is there a way to delete myself as a member of it, or better yet overseer, ban me! cuz i mean i haven't done anything till now but i figure if doing nothing is reason enough to get demodded then asking to be banned should at least get you banned.. anyways, peace out y'all..
