well basically it's just 1-2 people that delete topics and lock topics if there is pointless beef and stuff like that... and right now there is no moderators for this board

There are no moderaters for this board (Though it's really needed)...But overseer is the Administrator, which means he is much more than a moderater...He can basically do whatever he wants with the board...

well their posts can be edited or deleted.. but to actually ban them I have to do it.

i think its best to lock up the thread so i can see what went on and decided what to do e.g.. warn them/ban them.. tell everybody they suck etc
