Your analogy is terrible he wasn't trespassing, he wasn't being violent, or threatening. Questions were allowed to be asked, he asked a question and for that question they are trying to arrest him. Do you not understand that they are spitting on not just his rights under the first amendment but to everyones right, yes your's included?.
Now wait a minute, he had every right to attend after all he was a student of the campus. Therefore what you are saying is he has every right to ask a question it's just don't ask any critical questions because then all of a sudden you don't have the right to be present. It looks as if the police have swooped in to arrest him and that is why he freaks "why are you arresting me" is the question he asks when the cop locks the students arm behind his back. So apart from the fact that he has had first amendment rights spat on, there is also the and what happens next after resisting the cops efforts, the student is then pinned to the floor and is then rolled on to his back, there are what 5 cops there, they have under control and yet they still tazor him! The only fortunate circumstance is the fact that he is present at a high profile speech otherwise he would have been tazored continuously. How the hell you can even debate any of this when it's plain to see what is happening is beyond me. Oh as for this sick joke about tazors not being deadly, here is just a few exampleshttp://www.amnestyusa.org/document.php?lang=e&id=ENGUSA20070108001http://news.yahoo.com/s/wkmg/20070919/lo_wkmg/14147512http://www.azcentral.com/arizonarepublic/news/articles/0730taser30.htmlhttp://www.overlawyered.com/2006/11/taser_as_cause_of_death.htmlhttp://www.smh.com.au/news/national/taser-death-a-cause-for-alarm/2006/11/01/1162339918455.html
