i never got around to hearing this album. i peeped a couple songs off it way back but not the whole thing. thoughts?... worth 17 dollars? iv life was the shit

I think there was a 5 track sampler issued by aftermath back when this album was supposed to come out and two of the songs on it weren't on the one released in 2002. You can find them around i think they were called "drama" and "got it locked" or something like that.

I had this album on earlier; I really dug it the first time that I heard it, and I have only come to appreciate it a little more with each listen. I picked up the Greedy Green Entertainment copy a while back, which has the cover with the turkey, and I am under the impression that it was the initial release. *I just grabbed the case, but it does not carry a copyright date on it.

If you are a Dre fan, it seems like it would be worth the money for the 8 tracks that he produced. I am a DJ Quik advocate, and I would say that it is worth picking up for his track, Let's Make a V.;

I thought it sucked, im sorry i cant realy say anything contructive about it, i think it was realy bad. I listened to it like 3 times.

Great album. The Turkey was the first one that came out, you are correct. None of them are the original 98 one. King Tee was supposed to officially release it in its original form last year or the year before I read in an interview with him. Hasn't happened yet though, I think it was a Lil Jay interview, maybe he can help us out?

It's a great album, my fav. King Tipsy album. Alot of dope producers, Dr. Drizzay, Battlecat, Budda, Fredwreck (the intro only, but it was a dope beat), DJ Quik and others and great features Dr. Dre, Tray Deee, MC Ren and others, and ofcourse King Tee had them real dope gangsta lyrics
