yeah i mean shit look at san diego they started the season with ALL of their weapons. last year they still dominated without one of their core defensive options. 8 new coaches later and they're 1-2 , with the same record as the raiders.....discusting. you can't run a team on talent alone you need guidence. marty was their dude. norv isn't. i want to give norv props since he did wield the raiders to a superbowl. but he's too one dimensional for a multifacisted team like the chargers.
