Yeah its the same guy!  I did that update with Bangloose and Double F "Head" and I didn't even know they covered that track!  I'd recommend pretty much the whole album except "Suffocate" and "Fatal" which were too slow for me.  I didn't hear his mixtape, so I'm off to find that now, props for the info Quiet Truth.

I downloaded this on thursday and I feel the same way, I didnt think it was gonna be good but it surprised me, I didnt like Bed at first but that shit grew on me..I didnt expect a song like "Laa Laa" to be on there either

I think "Bed" is tight too, I don't listen to the radio though so I'm not affected by that shit getting blasted out hundreds of times a day.  That title track is just cold as fuck.  Reminds me of "Came In The Door Pimpin" by Dave Hollister.
