Yeah, I know what you're saying.But where I'm living it can be like -20 to -25 celcuis in the winter, so it's kinda nice to drive a warmed up car with no ice on the windows..
i never warm my car up. but then again the coldest my car has ever driven in is like 30 degrees.

i'm glad i own a vw jetta tdi, i can let the engine turn for 4 days straight without wasting diesel. That's my winter car
