Lakers' Brown Arrested For Disorderly Conduct

AP) VALDOSTA, Ga. Los Angeles Lakers center Kwame Brown faces misdemeanor charges in south Georgia following a weekend incident in which his cousin was charged with DUI.

Officers in Valdosta said Charles Warren Jr. was pulled over early Saturday morning for driving the wrong way down a one-way downtown street and began questioning him about the strong smell of alcohol in his vehicle. Lieutenant Bobbi McGraw says Brown approached the officers and told them he was Warren's cousin and the vehicle belonged to the basketball player.

McGraw said Brown became disruptive and tried to interfere with the officers' investigation, which led to his arrest. The Lakers center was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer after his cousin was charged with DUI.

Brown was released shortly after his arrest. Jail officials have no record of how much he paid in bond.



Cops can be pieces of shit...I wouldn't be surprised if he was arrested for the sole reason of being Kwame Brown. It doesn't even say what he did in the report...LOL
