The truth about CROOKED I (POLL/VOTE NOW!) are you loosing interest in him?

We have been expecting a Crooked I album every year;

1999 ("The Puzzle")
2000 (Dogg Pound Records album)
2001 ("Untouchable")
2002 ("Untouchable")
2003 ("Say Hi To Tha Bad Guy")
2004 ("Mama's Boy: Got a Loaded Gun")
2005 ("Boss Music")
2006 ("BOSS")
2007 ("BOSS")
2008....

They NEVER get released....
Crooked I quote "05' is mine", quote "This year I'm dropping BOSS I PROMISE" etc etc etc. It's got to the point where I will still buy his album (if its ever released). But there has been to many false promises, and album delays, I've lost all interest in Crooked I, I dont have faith that he will ever drop an album.

It's obvious that "BOSS" isnt dropping until 2008, he will lose any buzz he has, unless he LETS THE FANS KNOW WHATS GOING ON, Crooked you need to let the fans know WHY the albums arent dropping, you need to give more news and info to the fans, you need to drop a new mixtape, JUST UPDATE THE FUCKING FANS.

I dig the freestyles, but as far as a album I don't anticipate it anymore. If it drops, great, if not, great. I'll pick it up if it drops but I am not going to wait on his every word to see when it drops.

Yeah I tend to lose interest out of frustration. Crooked I so talented and it just pisses me off that he won't tell these major labels to fuck off and go big independent like Jim Jones. But Crooked I has a way of stringing me back in every time.

I lost interest over a year ago, possibly 2 years ago.  I dont' check out any of these hip hop weekly things, and honestly I don't even care about his old unreleased albums anymore.  He reminds me of the never cry wolf story...how many interviews has he given talking about his upcoming album, or his release date, or his label situation.  I don't believe any of it, I just believe it will never come out.

it aint no label politics. please believe that. it might have been while he was on death row, but it sure as hell isnt now. fuck signing a deal or waiting for something to pop off. be pro-active and just fucking rent a studio, make some songs, pay a small fee to get them mixed/mastered, get someone to design the artwork, send it out to get printed up. its a wrap. you got a street album you can slang out the trunk. I know kids that are 18 years old that be doing that shit. Crooked is what, 30 now? please..

like yeah the HHW are cool and all (i dont even bother checking them out)... but why the fuck is he doing this shit? why the fuck dont u just record a new song every week instead of doing a fucking freestyle over someone elses beat? its a fuckin waste of time. if he recorded an original track for every single HHW hes done, shit, theres prob 2 albums right there. i understand doing freestyles and jackin beats and shit.. but when that becomes the FOCUS of your career... like thats a problem right there.. you become known as that guy that jacks beats every week and does a freestyle. niggaz been jackin 4 beats for a decade.. what are you doing thats really different than the rest? nothing.

Exactly...dude is tryna blow up like 50 cent...wake up crook it ain't ever gonna happen.  the people behind the music labels are businessmen, out there to make money.  If crook was an artist that is going to sell millions of copies he would have offers left and right.  but instead his album just gets delayed or he gets dropped from the label.  Do you think there is a single businessman in this world who has a product in which they believe in 110% that will make them rich,  yet they don't introduce it?  Hell no.  There is such a thing as introducing a product before its ready and it flops because it was rushed, but shit man, I been knowin about crook for 10 years now...ain't no rushing him.  Go independent, drop your album for your male groupies all over the net, and make your money...crook ain't gonna go platinum...EVER...that is a guaranteed bet I would take with anyone.  And I like the dude...I think he has a real cool style...but sometimes you just gotta really face reality.

I'm hesitant in my decision because I've been a Crooked I fan so long. I'll put it like this...IF he ever releases an album, I will definately go pick it up, but I'm not holding my breath anymore. Even Saigon and Immortal Technique drop albums, and they just as far from blowing up as Crook is.
