but heres my prediction for the people on this site

2% ripped athletes
8% workout every day eat right and dont do drugs and shit
5% potheads
5% alcoholics
40% fat ass slobs
40% average chubby dudes

Slim, don't lift weigts

Im in the 2% 5'9 150 play ball and lift when i get the opportunity. ( but if i cant always doing sit-ups n push ups)

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!! how do we go about pushing something like that. Section could include food (with good health benefits), excercise etc. you know all that good healthy stuff
