well I'm an every day smoker...and I have an interview in the next couple days for the Target that just opened by my house and I think they drug test....what would be my best options on passing this test?  what kind of detox should I get?

well, stop smoking, immediately.  drink a shit load of water, not too much or you will die..go to a vitamin store, and pick up some cranberry extract pills, the highest extract you can find.  just down some of them, and u should be good...

did you score red or green on that computer test you took? that's the first thing they look at...and the most important one. i work at target, and they'll hire you if you're dirty , i've seen it happen MORE than once. as long as you don't have coke or something really bad in your system they won't hire you. also it really depends on your interview. PLUS i'm pretty sure you're going to be a seasonal team member because anyone hired after OCt. 15th is seasonal help unless you impress the shit out of them.

thanks that makes me feel a lot better, haha.  but I haven't taken a test yet.  just talked to the manager today when I was shopping...and he told me to give him a call tomorrow to set up an interview....and I talked to a guy that works in the electronics/games section and that they need a lot of help in that area....so that there's a good chance of me getting hired...but ya I just have bud in the system...nothing else

thanks that makes me feel a lot better, haha.  but I haven't taken a test yet.  just talked to the manager today when I was shopping...and he told me to give him a call tomorrow to set up an interview....and I talked to a guy that works in the electronics/games section and that they need a lot of help in that area....so that there's a good chance of me getting hired...but ya I just have bud in the system...nothing else

well you're going to get set up in a kiok and asked a bunch of customer service questions. you either score green (hire, definate second interview) , Red (you'll get a first, but unless you impress the shit out of them your interview is just out of courtesy)

your first interview will be done by a team lead (someone like me) they'll just ask you a bunch of shit about your experience, what you like, what you don't like, availibity , flexibility, and what you think you can bring to the company.  if you get a second interview it'll be done by an executive and they'll ask you harder questions like what would you do in a certain scenerio ....or name a time when you _________ and what you walked away with from that experience.

1. smile alot
2. say you like to zoning
3. you're a people person
4. you're a leader
5. and you're motivated


you'll get the job for sure if you do all that.

if you're just starting out 7.50.

after your 90 days if you're good they'll keep you and they use to give you a .50 cent raise and a raise every year. but that's if you're a regular teammember, there's a million and a half job promotions so it's not like you stay at that level unless you want to . if i didn't have a family to take care of i'd do it to cocentrate on school. but i make a pretty decent amount now but that's because i've been promoted a million times got some good reviews and raises.
