all i gotta say is that the issue goes A LOT DEEPER than being a diva, or lack of promotions, etc.

can you tell us what you know about it ?

Thats fucked up still. but I always Thought that the Dogghouse sound didnt fit her much, like she sounded great on alot of songs but for her own i always thought she was more of a Neo-Soul singer like Erykah Badu , Angie Stone and all of them

I'm sure this is not the first topic about Latoya williams,'cause she got one of the most awesome voices that i've heard in years and i think it's a FUCKIN SHAME to see this lovely and TALENTED girl without a record deal.
A few featurings and then ?  ::)
What's the problem ? Maybe 'cause she isn't a bitch like most of the girls that wanna make it in the music/showbiz ?
I'm a "fan" of snoop dogg but this time i have to say FUCK SNOOP for not knowing what to do with her.

WHAT A FUCKIN SHAME!
yea thats whutz up homie

She is extremely talented. You can blame snoop for everything, snoop aint gotta do shit for nobody. Go fish on your own if you aint happy. Would you be asking of Latoya Williams if it wasnt for snoop? Unless you have been in the industry like I have seen first hand, you will never ever ever ever ever ever in your life understand why some things turn out as it does.

Snoop Dogg can only do so much...

think about all the people he's put into the rap game, a countless amount

it's not up to him to make sure somebody has a huge career

she's lucky enough to have been given guest appearances, etc...

it's up to her to market herself off what she's been involved with

lol @ "FUCK SNOOP" for not doing more for her, you're fuckin stupid man

Hello Mr Industry insider. Do you know anything about record release clauses? If you do then you wouldn't have that reply above. Oh yeah don't google it you wont find a straight answer.  8)

Homegirl is like the new Jew-ell. She'll get her shine. Remember this video? Snoop kills the dance moves.

Sometimes it just aint the right time...success in the music biz is highly centered around TIMING. I didn't know enough to put my own self out there, so I can't blame NOBODY else for not puttin' me out there...It takes more than ANYONE who is not experienced in the music biz to understand exactly how much it takes to put out an "official" album...IT'S EXTREMEMLY BIG MONEY involved...it's no small matter...I just know Toi's music is fuckin' most of these female sangers all the way up. She'll have her day.
