Dubcnn FLUX?

What's this about? I opened the page, not having a clue what it does. It's some sort of community page, but I don't recognise any of the members in there. There's a whole bunch of pictures of rappers I don't give a shit about (Keak da Sneak, E-40), and now I wonder why I signed up

Flux is a new venture from TAGWORLD and VIACOM and Dubcnn was honored to be asked to be a LAUNCH PUBLISHER!! for the network!

So sign up, its gonna be a social networking community that interlinks people who have similar tastes and will help grow Dubcnn. So if you sign up and state your musical/lifestyle tastes you can become members of 1 or more communities and be kept up to date with information that way.

Its hopefully gonna help push dubcnn on to increase visitors and interaction with our readers!

It costs nothing and although Dubcnn's FLUX page is limited right now, we will be adding more and the beuty of it is YOU GUYS can COMPLETELY add your own stuff thats dubcnn related - so Eleven 2 Three, you dont like those artist images? Upload your own and get people voting on it to increase its popularity! Same with Videos and comments!

The plan is that as online content becomes more popular, Viacom will start running shows on their TV networks to showcase Flux's Top 10, Top 20 etc etc Videos/Photos and content! Which means Flux members uploads and content could be featured on mainstream media!

Well, personally, I don't really give a shit about pictures of Mac Dre, Keak da Sneak or E-40. That's just me though; even though I've been a poster here for years, I'm not into westcoast rap music at all anymore. I might just post some pictures of the Pharoahe Monch and Jeru The Damaja concerts I'm attending next month though.

I'm not saying it's a bad initiative - far from it! Perhaps there's even a way to integrate or at least closely relate this FLUX community to Dubcnn? I'm only saying that the content the Dubcnn FLUX community has right now, doesn't really appeal to me.

Oh well. I'm the first non-US resident member on the Dubcnn FLUX. That sure does sound good.

Thanks for joining up man, the thing about FLUX is, YOU guys make it what it is! Upload any photos you want and they will go in that area for people to vote on!

Its not all going to be about music either, with the platform we can introduce more lifestyle for you guys!

so all in all its your options and decisions as members that will affect what appears there!

No i dont think so, www.flux.com - showcases some of the other sites within the initial launch network, but few have set up fully yet...

Dubcnn's is up but not fully functional yet as im still learning everything!!
