If ur working out, take the following!!!

Protien shakes (1-2 a day)
Creatine (optional, will make u gain around 5 6 pounds, but its all water weight, once ur off it, u will loose it all, also will help increase strength)
Fish oil caps (2-3 a day, good for heart and boosts fat loss)
Multivitamin (take 1 everyday)

Those all the main/standard supplements someone should use when there working out, all that other muscle tech, cell tech bullshit has nothing but sugar and other unesscesarry things in em!!!

I've been working out for 5 years straight now and I've never used creatine. All those people talking about "creatine does your body no harm, in fact, your body produces creatine in itself. All I do is take a supplement!" ---> That may very well be true, but I still don't trust that shit. I've read lots of interviews with professional sports athletes (all kinds of sport btw: basketball, athletics, fitness, etc...) who took creatine at a certain point in their carreer and all those guys say the same thing: creatine works for a certain period of time if you use it efficiently, but the moment you stop taking it, it has a major impact on your performances AND your muscle mass shrinks in no-time as well. And this is no B/S. Like I said, this is coming from professional athletes.

I've never even taken protein powder supplements. I do it all natural. But yeah, protein powder can't really harm you if you go about it wisely.

If you watch what you eat just a little bit and work out on a regular basis, you will get good results. Sure, taking all kinds of supplements will speed up the process, but fitness is a long-term sport. Meaning, you will get results, but not in just a few months time. It takes some dedication. And lots of people don't seem to have that perseverance. Just calling it how I see it...

I read that Casein is a supplement you can take before sleep, apparently it works better than a simple Whey as it slow releases over a period of hours - I have never tried it myself though.

I only take a scoop and half of Whey after a workout - I just had one actually.

On an average day I have 1/2 chicken breasts, a shitload of vegetables, 1 tin of tuna and oatmeal - occasionaly I chuck in some fruit in a blender if there's any laying about.
On the weekend I dont take shit apart from alcohol though - that's my huge down point  ;D

(edit) and mid-week I always hit a gallon (4.5l) of water a day - I have never done that already and it's only 1.30pm.

plum=
just a regular fruit wash that shit up and chomp it down, and throw away the wooded shit in the middle

almonds= is regular almonds that u get at the store. most of them come flavored and salted and all different types of shit. you gotta find the tasteless natural ones that nobody put shit on.

I've used Mega Whey and Met-RX before, neither of which really benefited me that much.  I also got sick of cleaning out the blender after a while.

Really, if you want to bulk up, the best thing to do is just eat more.  It's that simple.
