why they take daz off high powered on the chronic?

Daz dropped one of the best verses on that album on Deez Nutz 8)

the usual reason would make sense but

dre mentions him in the talking intro that he's gonna kick a verse

and then you hear him at the end sayin he's a mass murderin' mutha fukka

so why would dre leave him sayin it in the intro

Probably because Death Row was more of a family back then and he was letting everyone know Daz is part of the crew. I have heard tons of rap songs where a rapper gets a shout out on the intro and isn't actually on the song. Just listen to any Game track for one example.
