So like I've said many times. I mainly post while at work. In fact, the reason I started posting again one year ago, is because I started working at CalTrans office in San Bernardino on a computer and had a lot of free time. There would be whole weeks where I didn't do shit but surf wikipedia and dubcc. That's why I was doing those essays on all kinds of shit when I initially came back even more than I do now.

at the job they have me at now, i edit documents, file and copy stuff for people. Do some shredding. over-all I don't do shit but chill, read, post. 9-5, Monday, Wed, Friday.(i school on tues/thurs). But I didn't get to meet a whole lot of people. there have been months where I didn't deal with people at all and I've never had a consistent group of people I deal with while working here. i work on the 12th floor with the division directors and shit so I've never met that many other people, let alone people my age.

On Friday they told me that the student assistant position that I fill out ran out of funding and that they'd have to let me go this upcoming wednesday. BUT they said that another English major student assistant position is open. I'd be sharing a cubicle with a few other students, a dude and two chicks. And I'd be right by my program coordinator, trainer, supervisor and other people that technically have authority over me.

I'll be sharing a SLOW PC with this chick in the cubicle and they want me to single handedly put together either a bimonthly or quarterly newsletter for the staff development department of cal trans. I'll have to drive to recruitment events and help with training stuff and I won't be at all surprised if they get me doing regular office stuff again like filing, copying, shredding etc.


so this is quite a change, and it all goes down this week. I went from dealing with no one doing jack shit to doing alot with alot of people. It sucks cause I liked just CHILLIN' at work for a year, but it's cool cause there was no breezies to hit on or young people to socialize with. I've met the two chicks. The one that I'm sharing a computer with is dick-in-the-mouth-able but not really fuckable and the other chick is really cute but she's the daughter of an older gentlement that works here. This older gentlement also has health problems due to his obesity and I haven't seen him in the office for a MINUTE so for all I know he may be retired or hospitalized by now, but either way, I'ma try to get in his daughter's panties.


Bottom line, I'm gonna be on this, and all, board(s) WAY less because not only is the computer I'm about to be on slow, and shared with this chick, but I'm going to be on a part of the floor where I have to stay busy or risk looking bad whereas before I could just post like a note.

Thus begins another ridiculous chapter of the life of Tanjint. I'm in my Junior year now, hopefully I can keep this job at least till my senior year is over and I have my B.A. But damn, that was a close one.

that sucks, i know how you feel the whole reason i become a member of dub was because i had a similair job to yours where i could chill for hours on the net and not do really anything lol.. that was three years ago, how times have changed  .. good luck with your shit tanj,  dont drop off the dub radar too long
