Top 5 greatest rappers of all time

I think it's time we have a Dubcc poll on who we think is the greatest top 5 rappers. So what I suggest is right now we start nominating people. For each region you can nominate a top 5, so a top 5 in the east, a top 5 in the south and so, and then you can nominate a straight top 5. All rappers nominated in the top 5 will get more points. So sat you nominate 2pac #1 in your overall top 5, he'll get 10 points, then if Biggie is #2, he'll get 9 points and so on. For the regional votes, say you have Eazy E as your # 2 in the west, but not in your overall list, he'll get 4 points, then #3 will get 3 points, and so on. Below is ny list, I hope this isn't too confusing.
