i notice a lot of people be pumpin iron on dubccwat kinda numbers yall pushin?i just hit a new record on db shoulder press, gettin them 32.5 kg bad boys up for 7 reps...thats abt 72 in pounds i think.not that much but im proud im hittin the 85 pounders for 5 reps on db chest presswat kinda numbers u guys hittin here?
