weeds season 3 continued

so i'm catching up on the season and am confused as to why councilman doug is wearing a crutch and told that porn director he's practically a peg leg....can anyone explain or remind me of the event in which he hurt his leg?

i'm thinking celia hurt him but i can't remember the specifics.

it's tight, but since the second season it's rather dark.

i liked the first season so much cause it was lighthearted and relatable stoner fun

then DEA agents, extortionists, gangsters and threats turn it into an action drama and shit...

don't get me wrong, i love it and am hella curious to how shit will turn out but I felt the show could have been even better

The show is awsome, Ive got the first 2 seasons on dvd and Im waiting for the third season to end before I watch all the episodes LOL, i really dont like watching cliff hangers and thats what I get from this show.  I also think the episodes are to short when I watch them one by one
