Even if homie had a gun there is no reason for pumping dude with 15 slugs...especially when it was never pointed at the cops.  Police used to be taught to neutralize the offender not straight up murder them.  Shit's fucked up and worse cause it happened at the Medgar Evers building.

this happened on teh block one of my best friends lives at...on the corner of throop and marcus garvey in bed-stuy....
the kid was screaming that he had a gun on the initial 911 call...they have it recorded.
