yeah Dion is a guy.  If there's a dude singing the hook on a Hi-Tek production, chances are it's Dion.  He did the hook on "Old English" from Doctors Advocate, and "I Ain't Fuckin with U" on the Young Buck Buck The World album (those are a few of his more recent popular tracks)
