I fuckin workout like crazy and eat super fucking healthy, and I have HIGH fucking cholesterol? Its fucking the dumbest shit I have ever heard. My doctor needs to step his game up. I still can't believe this shit.

On a side note this was talked about before , i think around a year ago but the fact remains a health section i think would be good. A lot of us try to stay healthy and its important to are genration to know whta to eat how to work out.

Only 20 % of Cholesterol is attributed from diet, the rest in manufactured in the body. Ask your practitioner to run a test for your Liver as well, with specific attention to Enzyme Count and Bilirubin levels. Don't want to stress you out even more but if those two areas are high then you're being to hard on your Liver. Up your intake of water and cut back on Protein supplements. Unless you're already vegan, cut back on diary and animal products as well. Make sure your overall diet consists of 70 % Alkaline foods, with the remaining 30 % consisting of Acidic foods.

There must be something wrong about the way your digestive system and your blood cooperate, because having such a healthy lifestyle and food pattern yet having a high cholesterol, that's bound to be trouble. I'm not a doctor, but it does sound like there's something very wrong about the way some of your organs function. Just what exactly did the doctor say? Just that you have a high cholesterol level?
