I thought Affirmative Action was no more in California. Prop 209 pash, killing Affirative Action. I remember voting to kill it. Anyways, Cali does need it, and you have every right to sue them. I would, because them are not allowed to ask for race, and they are not allow to fire because of race, for no matter what reason. It's the law because of 209, so threaten a law suit, get legal advice and what not. There are no quotas Cali has to follow, like the other states.  Peace Out homie, and sue them bastards!
