if snoop do actually read posts on this forum...please read this with open mind....
this is not a diss to start with and am a snoop dogg fan since ve been in hip hop..he's my number one rapper.
But over the years snopp ve been doing some music dats so weak ,that when i argue with my homeboys about dope rappers ,they hit me really hard....
that saiid still over the years i still enjoy some snoop dogg tracks ,lets forget the g-funk era am talking about recently even some track with pharell like pass it pass it..was in d same class as d old ones to me.
my main reason for this post is the new snoop dogg single!!I was so ashamed of the track that for the first time i refuse to tell my boys about it or hook my brother up with it(which i always do before).
If the attempt is for sales its so sad because no matter how well it sells it wont surpass the sales of snoop classiccs..Why do snoop ve to stood so low?why bite d man of the moment(t.pain) and try and justify by making a tribute to legends(its not your genre...you're rapper...let kokane or nate or butch do dat shit).
THE REAL TRUTH IS SNOOP DOGG IS A VERY GOOD PLAYER IN THE GAME BUT HE NEEDS A VERY GOOD COACH!!!!!(DR DRE OR JD).
Before some of you hit me back....please for once tell it like it is...snoop is a legend ...why put dirt on your status with such rubbish?and he called soulja boy wack?(at least souljs tries to rap).
Ve been a member here for many years d mod can check it out..but i really dont post much coz i dont like exchanging words...
Imagine someone snoop or the dogg pound are beefing with release such song...they will diss him hard(this is a chance for anyone u wants to didd snoop to hit him hard, maybe we will get d hungry n angry snoop back)
and dont get me wrong i dont want snoop to be gangsta or crip in all his song but you can be creative and versatile with rapping!!!!!
I ve never enjoyed an album for so long ...the way am enjoying chammilionaire album right now...cham raps about different stuffs...there's a lot of issues u can talk about in the world.
how can i diss Jay z or anybody after this?at least they are rapping and they stick to rappin.
Daz,kurupt, warren G,Nate seems you scared of your homeboy snoop...tell him to his face when he is way out of line.
how many times b=ve we heard snoop say FUCK R&B SINGERS!!!!!!
In the terrance martin album snoop was telling a Cat -- STAY TRUE TO WHAT YOU DO!!!!
ENOUGH SAID..THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE DOUBT SUPPORTING ANYTHING SNOOP RELEASE BUT I'LL PASS ON DIS ONE.
again....daz,kurupt,warren and all dat read on dis forum...you guys need to start critisizing each other because dat will bring d best out of ya'll.

i def feel what your saying, snoop needs some quality control when it comes to some of his music.

Why are you acting like this is the first time you heard snoop dogg singing.........dude been singing on his albums since Last Meal.

And I think snoop feels he can do the voicebox more justice than t pain can, and at least he acknowledges where it came from, I don't recall t-pain ever giving credit to Zapp and Roger Troutman (although honestly I haven't really looked)

They're will be plenty of rapping on Ego Tripping, but I don't mind the occasional track like this from snoop, mainly because he's not that bad at singing, he's at least as good as tpain or akon.

I´m sick of all this fucking "Snoop is no more real" topics. I miss the old Snoop Doggy Dogg from the Death Row Dayz too, but god damn. He is his own man so just let him do what he wanna do

BTW wasnt he sining a lil bit on the last verse of "Lodi Dodi"?

he's at least as good as tpain or akon.

had to chuckle at this... no dis to you C-clamp... wouldn't it be funny if Snoop started getting calls from people wanting him to sing hooks on their tracks instead of spitting 16's?

That would be funny, especially cause i don't really think snoop puts a lot of effort into shit like this, this is natural for him, and if started getting the same props t-pain or akon got.........what does that say about them?

Thats not the talk box, its a program called "melladyne" or "autotune" its a program used to keep singers in key, but they jjust have it turned up hella high. I feel what yall saying homie, but niggas have to grow. Aint no way yall can expect Snoop to be doing the shit he was doing 10 years ago, he would be outta here. You have to adapt to the times, and pop shit is the only stuff selling. you need to realize this is a business, and I aint go never fault nobody for eating. As far as Snoop calling Soulja boy wacked, these kids like that lil dude, so it is what it is. I think the game got enough room for everything

Wait, wait, this isn't 2002..!

I don't mind Snoop singing like this. If the market's buying it, then he has good reason for doing it. If they're not buying it, he'll probably come up with something different next time. Simple as that.
