We talkin about MCing, not rappin yeah? The best MC in the West Coast was Goldie Loc to me. I also luv Kurupt, Daz, JT, Tray Deee. But the biggest killa is Goldie to me.

If by MC you mean Master of Ceremony that's Snoop without a doubt, think about this : He is a very good entertainer and he is the dopest freestyler! That is an easy call in my opinion.
