Can someone help me put videos on my ipod?

I dont know how, i got the video converter thing and converted a video and tried putting it on my ipod, but it still doesnt work, any help? Thanks

When i drag the converted video into my ipod it says cannot convert or put into the fuckin ipod. But right now i right clicked the video and said convert to ipod or iphone and its converting now and it looks like its gonna take like a few years to fuckin convert, peice of shit, no but it looks like another 4 5 hours lol, but my gut feeling is that when its done converting its gonna say sorry cant convert or some gay shit and i just waited 4 5 hours for nothing lol!!!

You have to import the video into iTunes and then sync it over to the iPod instead of going directly to the iPod.
