It's Just Rumoured, And It LOOKS Official, Because You Can See The Rough Draft Marks And Stuff Around The Edges... But If You Look At His Past History, I'm Starting To Doubt It... All His Other Album Covers Were Like Works Of Art, Even His Most Recent.  And Whenever He Shoots A Video, Or Has A Concert, Etc. He Makes Himself Look MUCH Better.

The Deal Is Though, In The Pic he's Got Short Hair, Which I Guess Is Like His New Look, So How Would People Know About That If It Wasn't Official? If I Made A Fake Cover, I'd Make It With Long Hair, Because I'd Assume That's How He Looks, Since He Always Has...

I can't look at that cover. I'm sorry but MJ is straight up ugly since his skin condition. He has no nose, he looks horrible. I don't know how he pulls any chicks.
