Niggas don't fight no more!
before hip hop was all about drama
anything for a dollar before Kane fucked Madona
Maintain and stayed bent like a comma
Just me and my bottle
we shall lead not follow
Emcees be full of shit
but they style be hollow.

the mop and lfo is a HUGE one

when jay-z started widdling himself to a pop rap rapper, i'm not saying he's a sell out but he went from a legitimate mc to a radio and mtv pleaser

mc hammer of corse
vanilla ice of corse he even admits it
mack 10 did in a way when he went to cash money
snoop did sort of by going to no limit but i don't really blame him cuz where else would he go? and he needed guidence after suge got locked up and dre left, it's like snoop said god put him there for a reason

i dont think Jigga's song Hard Knock Life was a sell out song...its fucking horrible but it was original..no one had lil kids singin the chorus b4 and no one sampled a broadway play b4 either...now everyone from busta to trick daddy has bitten that shit...it was kinda commercial but innovative

yeah i think that song is jay-z at his creative best, but i'm talkin about all those made-for-mtv/radio songs like "hey popi"

Shit, I like HNL, but the fact Hey Papi was recorded specially for radio and shit...UGH

Hammer was never "street" to begin with...

VIce didn't have anything to sell out from either...

Outkast never did that shit, and if they did, that wasn't sellin out anyway...I can vouch for them when I say this...(And this is from a COMPLETELY credible source)That they have never changed their music fro the crowds.

EMinem performing with Elton John.

Yeah I agree...The Eminem and Elton John thing was a pretty big sell-out thing for Em to do, but I have no respect for him anyway :p
