Sleepin on a Master Plan was a retail song off Hammer's CD called "The Funky Headhunter".  It features Daz and Kurupt, but if i remember right, i think they just ad lib on the song and don't ever actually drop verses.  I think the song is from '94...way before Hammer officially signed with the Row.
