Petey Pablo Deathrow Records Album On itunes?

I just recieved a press release froma  company AE DIGITAL who says they are releasing the petey pablo album in feb, mastered and cd quality. Unfortunatly there was no sample attached to the press release, but why is this finally coming out now?

Whos gonna pay 9.99?

don't know about paying the 10 bucks and how is Itunes quality? heard it wasn't as good as mp3 :-\
